Our meat – is the slogan the Val Gardena livestock farmers and restaurateurs have come up with to join forces. A common pledge to sustainably rear calves, cows, pigs, and sheep from the valley using local summer mountain pasture breeding and hay from the meadows so that culinary delicacies can be made further down the line. Guides will accompany whoever is interested to the farmers and their cattle.
