KitzAlpBike MTB Festival: Hillclimb

Wednesday the 8th International Hillclimb with award ceremony and entertainment programme takes place. Every team consists of min. 3 cyclists. Start in three blocks.
start: Brixen im Thale, town center (800 m asl)
finish: Hochbrixen (1,300 m asl)
route: 6 km / 500 m of altitude differnce
6.30 pm: start of block 1 - professional and nonprofessional cyclists (time: under 25 minutes)
6.31 pm: start of block 2 - nonprofessional cyclists (time: under 35 minutes)
6.33 pm: start of block 3 - nonprofessional cyclists (time: over 35 minutes)
9 pm: award ceremony at Brixen town square
afterwards: KitzAlpBike Festival 2015 opening ceremony
For the 20th time Kitzbühel & surroundings will become the setting for the festival of mountain biking - KitzAlpBike. In this bike event everything revolves around mountain biking from June 20 to 28, 2015. Especially the international marathon is the focus of athletes and the media - the 88 km route, with 3,800 m of altitude difference, separates the wheat from the chaff.
