At the 21st Vertical Kilometer in Mühlwald, participants cover 3.8 km with an elevation gain of 1,000 meters. There are various categories, and you can participate as an amateur or competitive runner.
Kids are also welcome to show what they can do. In the children's vertical run, they cover approximately 150 meters of elevation. This starts at 10:00 a.m. at the "Obergass-Oberhütte".
At 2:00 p.m., the prize-giving ceremony takes place: the top three runners in all categories will be awarded prizes.
