The Achensee Lake Christmas uniquely blends tradition, romance, and winter magic. You can choose an 80-minute round trip with no stops, or a one-way journey lasting approximately 40 minutes. A special Advent market is held on board the festively decorated ship, featuring regional crafts, fragrant delicacies, and lovingly adorned stalls that foster a sense of Christmas anticipation. The on-board restaurant offers a festive meal with wonderful views of the snow-covered mountains.
Alternatively, you can disembark at the festively decorated stops in Pertisau and Scholastika (Achenkirch) to visit the onshore Christmas markets – from the rustic Country Christmas with its herb hut to the traditional Tyrolean Mountain Christmas at the local heritage museum.
