a unique experience combining yoga, acrobatics and games! This practice is designed for adults and children, offering a special opportunity to strengthen the bond between parents and children through movement and cooperation.
During the class, you will learn basic AcroYoga positions, developing strength, balance and confidence. Through support and flight exercises, you will explore the joy of movement together, stimulating creativity and play. The activities are designed to be fun and accessible to everyone, regardless of level of experience.
The class will take place in a unique Dolomite setting, where you will experience harmony between body and mind, as well as create unforgettable memories with your children.
