On the occasion of the second evening of the Alta Badia Cocktail Week, Hotel Cristallo celebrates the region and Alpine nature through two signature drinks that reinterpret the aromas, flavors, and atmospheres of the high mountains in a contemporary way. An event that invites guests to experience the sensory world of pastures, forests, and mountain huts, immersed in the timeless beauty of the Dolomites.
Here are the two drinks you can enjoy:
Alpine Glow (alcoholic):
This cocktail is born as a tribute to the mountain huts of Alta Badia, where time slows down and the mountains speak through silence, rock, and pasture grass. A soft, savory, and balsamic sip that captures the authentic essence of high altitude.
- Ketel One vodka infused with salted alpine butter
- Mountain pine cordial
- Cocoa bitters
- Fresh lime juice
Ega de Gana (non-alcoholic):
This drink evokes the sensation of the pastures and forests of Alta Badia, where one is surrounded by balsamic aromas and the lightness of mountain air. A floral, fresh, and aromatic cocktail that embodies the purity of alpine nature.
- Seedlip Garden
- Elderflower syrup
- Fennel seed and lemon soda
For the occasion, guest bartender Jacopo Lancerin from Cucù – Bassano del Grappa will join as a special guest of the evening.
The evening will be accompanied by live music from Giorgio Porfirio Bovero.
