Ambras Castle Festival

A big Baroque open-air festival for the whole family, that's the Ambras Castle Festival which takes place every year on Assumption Day on August 15. The festival offers historic plays, costumes, armors, artworks, culinary delicacies and a children's competition. Free admission!
Every 15 minutes shuttle service from the DEZ parking space to Ambras Castle (from 1- 8 pm).
"O Love, she said..." is the theme of the 41st edition of the Innsbruck Festival of Early Music (July 18 - Aug 27, 2017). The programme with concerts, religious works and delightful operas, includes the four Ambras Castle Concerts from July 18 to August 8, 2017.
