Baking bread at the farm

Only German and Italian speaking guide!

Bake your own bread together. At the Gnellerhof, Robert and Maria show you how traditional wood-fired bread is made. Whilst the dough is resting, you can feed the chickens, stroke the calves and help with other farm chores. Finally, you get to enjoy the freshly baked bread – an experience for the whole family.

The event will take place whatever the weather. The farm is located 2 km outside the village. Please register in advance at the museum and then drive directly to the farm. If you are coming on foot, please mention this when registering and arrive about 40 minutes earlier.
