With specialist instructions from the farmer herself, you learn how bread has always been baked at the Niederwieshof farm. All participants get to try their hand at making and kneading the dough for various traditional types of bread, such as "Vinschger Paarl" and "Struzen", before baking them in the oven. The interesting afternoon ends with a tasting session.
