Blessing of herbs
This event already took place. (15/08/2025)
Also this year, the traditional blessing of herbs will take place on the Feast of the Assumption of Mary.
At the end of the Holy Mass, the herbal bouquets will be blessed.
Afterwards, the blessed bouquets will be distributed in front of the parish church by the local farm women.
This ancient tradition reminds us of the special significance of Mary as the “flower of the fields” and brings God’s blessing into our homes and families.
