As soon as the sun rises, the day tour starts with a guided morning meditation, followed by an awakening and powerful yoga session. Afterwards, we fortify ourselves with a breakfast in a very special place.
This is followed by a simple yin yoga session in the yurt, which brings body and mind into deep relaxation.
