About more than 1,000 types of cheese of all over Europe are going to be presented and offered for tasting on the occasion of the traditional and widely known cheese festival. South Tyrolean chefs are going to spoil your palate with delicious plates based on cheese. Moreover there are wine tastings as well as presentations regarding milk and cheese.
