During the Game & Forest Culinary Weeks, which run from September 19 until October 5, you can embark on a gastronomic journey through the Eggental. Expect a perfect blend of innovative and traditional cuisine, with dishes featuring berries, mushrooms, herbs, and local game. In addition to culinary delights, guided hikes, mushroom tastings, and other engaging activities will allow you to explore the Eggental forest in all its diversity.

02.10.2025 – Guided Culinary Hike with Wild & Forest 3-Course Menu

An autumnal hike takes you through the forests of the Eggental Valley. Along the way, the guide showcases the culinary treasures of the forest and shares fascinating insights about game, herbs, berries, and mushrooms. The experience concludes with a 3-course menu inspired by the flavors of the forest at Hotel Gasthof Stern (optional).
