The Inrosadöra is a captivating natural phenomenon that bathes the Dolomites in a stunning pink glow. Picture yourself admiring this spectacle from the Gherdenacia meadows while indulging in a delicious multi-course dinner prepared by the chefs of La Villa.
Between courses, with a glass of fine wine in hand and live music setting the mood, you'll be enchanted by the breathtaking sight of the Sas dla Crusc, Lavarela, and Conturines mountains glowing in magnificent colors.

Cream soup of alpine flowers and herbs accompanied by Turtra da erbes (spinach and ricotta fritter)
Hotel La Majun
Nettle dumpling with Graukäse cream and toasted almonds

Braised local beef in Lagrein wine, served with seasonal vegetables
Panificio Gasser
Apple strudel, cookies and bread
The chairlift ride is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to the following day.
