Offering a stunning view over Meran and the Etsch Valley, Zmailer Hof farm on the Schennaberg mountain boasts a breathtaking backdrop. It’s the ideal place to relax, unwind and – you guessed it – have a go at cooking a classic South Tyrolean dish. Farmer Martha runs her Knödel cooking classes in spring and autumn, sharing tips and tricks to make sure your dumplings go down a treat. Find out just how good they taste when you sit down to eat together at the end of the class.
The ticket includes a cookery course and transfer to the Zmailerhof - please note: return to Schenna either on foot or by taxi at your own expense and must be booked by yourself.
