Easy cooking for children

Cooking Kaiserschmarrn is very easy – provided you follow a few tricks. In this cooking class at the farm, you will learn the recipe for delicious Kaiserschmarrn and be shown the tricks for a fluffy result, so that you can easily recreate it at home. Not only will you learn the recipe for original South Tyrolean Kaiserschmarrn, but you will also experience everyday life on the farm up close: you will use the farm's own products and collect fresh eggs from the chicken coop! Parents are of course also welcome and are invited to join in the fun free of charge. In the event of bad weather, the tour will not take place.
