Itinerary: Passo delle Erbe (2.000 m) – Furnela – Göma – Pra de Pütia - Forcela de Pütia notch (2.357 m) - Passo delle Erbe

Lunch: packed lunch or break in a mountain hut
Equipment: trekking shoes, mountain wear and mountain sticks
