Farm Experience at Torgglerhof – Making “Muas” (typical South Tyrolean dish comparable to a soft pudding made mainly of flour, milk and butter) in the pan
Experience genuine South Tyrolean tradition! Together with the farmers, you’ll prepare a hearty “Muas” over an open fire in an iron pan – just like in the old days. Afterwards, enjoy this rustic delicacy in the cozy farmhouse parlor, accompanied by the sweet “Holer-Mulle” (sort of elderberry jam) made from elderberries and ladled straight from the big pan. Served with the farm’s own crystal wine – a special moment of indulgence at the Torgglerhof.

Tasting fee*: adults 30,00 € - children (8-13 years) 15,00 €
*The tasting is an integral part of the tour and must in any case be paid for separately on site by each participant in addition to the participation fee.
