Fascination glacier world

Note: currently, the tour is only offered in German and Italian.

Take part in the icy experience with our mountain guide Robert Ciatti and feel the glacier with all your senses. Take the cable car from Kurzras to the glacier. The rest of the route takes you to the glacier tongue. From here, you will use harnesses, crampons and a rope to cross the Hochjochferner glacier. You will be shown the special features of the fascinating glacier world and daredevils can be abseiled into a crevasse. The descent is via the Schöne Aussicht mountain hut back to Kurzras.

Additional information: high alpine tour; walking time: approx. 6-7 hours incl. practice on the glacier; good basic physical condition as well as good footwear and surefootedness required
