The programme of the Food Festival Week (Schmankerlwoche) is an attractive combination of tradition, cuisine, actively discovering the region. You can try delicacies of the Zillertal valley such as Zillertaler Krapfen, Melchermuas, Holzknechtkrapfen, Schliachternudeln (pasta) and Schmankerlwurst (sausage).
Highlight and final of this theme week is the Food Festival (Schmankerlfest) on July 7, 2019, a Festival for Connoisseurs. Zillertal musicians will be providing pleasant music entertainment during this event.
