At the cheese dairy Gamsegghof in Valleunga, the milk is processed with great joy and commitment into high-quality cheese. A visit from the stable to the cheese dairy to the ripening room will show you the way from the milk to cheese. Afterwards, the homemade specialties can be tasted.
