“Genuss hoch 3” Culinary Walk

One walking trail, three mountain huts and an array of culinary delicacies: The “Genuss hoch 3” Culinary Event celebrates mouth-watering local food in the wonderful hiking area of Hoch-Imst.
Equipped with your “Schmankerl Pass”, you will explore the scenic hiking area towered by the lofty peaks of Alpjoch, Muttekopf and Platteinspitzen. This outstanding Culinary Walk begins at the top of Alpjochbahn Lift, where the trailhead of Drischlsteig Trail is located. This trail takes you to Muttekopf Hut, situated at an elevation of 1,934 meters. From there, an easy path continues past Latschen Hut (elev. 1,623 meters) to Untermarkter Alm (elev. 1,490 meters). All three on-mountain eateries serve as culinary walk stops this day, welcoming hikers with fine spirits and signature specialties prepared with fresh local produce.
