Chocolatier René Romen, who grew up in Merano and gained experience in Berlin and London, returned home in 2019 to launch his own chocolate manufactory, 58Chocolate. The result: carefully selected ingredients, little sugar, and surprising combinations.During this food-pairing tasting, you’ll discover how perfectly gin and chocolate complement each other.
