Earth Market, Farmer's Aperitif.
Small producers and artisans from the Primiero Slow Convivium and neighbouring Slow Food Convivia will enliven the Palace garden with their fragrant and colourful stalls. These will be laden with zero-kilometre fruit and vegetables, as well as cereals and flours, cheeses, products made from mountain herbs and flowers, honey, chocolate and sweets, natural cosmetics, wool and felt creations, and other artisanal delights.
This is more than just a village market; it is a place for conviviality where you can spend quality time together. It is a place to shop for good, clean, and fair produce, but above all, where you can connect with the rural knowledge and artisanal identity of the region, learn about the Slow Food movement, and discover the solidarity purchasing groups active in the valley.
Programme:
- A pleasant aperitif with products from the Earth Market. Cost: €5.00, no booking required.
- Throughout the afternoon, there will be opportunities for artisanal demonstrations, workshops and games for children, author encounters, and guided tastings.
