Accompanied by the management of the Vigiljoch Cable Car, who have known the area since childhood and can share fascinating stories about both the cable car and the Vigiljoch. The route leads along the springs, part of an important water protection area where litter has no place.
Registered participants can use the cable car free of charge and, at the end of the guided CleanUP, are invited to a shared lunch at the Gasthaus Sessellift.
Route Description:
From the Vigiljoch cable car mountain station, we immediately turn left. After a few meters below the cable car and the hotel, we reach the fork leading to Pawigl. Here, however, we continue straight ahead along the mostly level “Lower Quellenweg” no. 1. We follow the Quellenweg to the entrance of the spring tunnel. From there, forest road no. 34A takes us to the Gasthof Bärenbad. Passing it, we continue on trail no. 2 to the little church, where we then follow trail no. 4 uphill to the Gasthof Sessellift at the chairlift mountain station.
