Experience one of South Tyrol's most fascinating cultural landscapes: Castelfeder – a mysterious hill between Auer and Montan – combines nature, history, and impressive views. This guided hike takes you through open forests, across gentle hills, and past old wall ruins that tell stories of a turbulent past.
Castelfeder has been an important settlement area since ancient times. Along the way, you'll discover traces from Roman and early medieval times and learn fascinating details about the archaeological finds and the special significance of this place. At the same time, you'll enjoy wonderful views of the Etschtal, the vineyards, and the surrounding mountain world.
