Discover how the finest soft and semi-hard cheeses are created from 100% South Tyrolean goat’s and cow’s milk. We’ll guide you through the museum and the demonstration dairy. Our speciality cheeses delight customers all over the world. After the tour, we will taste together the sensory variety of our creations in the shop.
