The tribute tour by the Ensemble Symphony Orchestra conducted by Giacomo Loprieno and dedicated to Hans Zimmer will kick off on October 21, 2026, at the Politeama Genovese. The tour will stop in some of Italy’s most prestigious theaters to honor the great American composer, who has won Oscars, Golden Globes, and Emmy Awards for creating soundtracks to masterpieces that have made history in cinema and in the collective imagination.
The 50 members of the Ensemble Symphony Orchestra, including renowned soloists trained in the country’s leading orchestras, will perform Hans Zimmer’s most beautiful film scores, such as The Lion King, Interstellar, Inception, Pirates of the Caribbean, Batman, Spirit, Superman, The Da Vinci Code, Pearl Harbor, and many more.
The Ensemble Symphony Orchestra has performed hundreds of concerts in Italy and across Europe, surpassing 40,000 spectators in the last season alone and recording numerous sold-out shows. It also boasts important collaborations with Andrea Bocelli, Mario Biondi, Nile Rodgers and Kylie Minogue, Giovanni Allevi, Riccardo Cocciante, Umberto Tozzi, Samuele Bersani, and Brunori Sas, to name just a few.
