Herbal workshop at Niedersthof

While nature comes to rest in winter and plants grow only slowly, we use dried herbs to make beneficial herbal products – including lip balm, lozenge ointment, bronchial ointment, cough syrup and an anti-flu tincture – so that we are well prepared for the cold season. A small tea tasting rounds off our herbal morning.

All products are summarised in a recipe booklet included for you to try out yourself.
