Gently ascending hiking trail through the winter forest from S. Maddalena to the Ascht Alm 1950m in the Val Caies Valley. Beautiful views of the Val Casies Valley mountain world and the striking Picco di Vallandro. Experienced hikers can climb to the Pfinnalm (2152m).
Refreshment stop. Difficulty: medium. Time: 9.30 am.-4.30 pm. Walking time: in ascent 2 hours / alternative 3,5h. Altitude difference: 500m / alternative 700m. Meeting point: 9.30 am. at the bus stop at the end of the valley in Val Casies Valley/S. Maddalena. Costs: 0€ with Guest Pass Val Casies Valley-Monguelfo-Tesido, 10€ without Guest Pass Val Casies Valley-Monguelfo-Tesido.
