The Italian Category Championships represent the most important moment for all athletes in diving, especially for the young talents who see this event as the central focus of their winter training. All months of preparation are aimed at achieving the best performance on this occasion – for the Ragazzi, Juniores, and Seniores categories.
The competition program includes all types of dives: from the 1-meter springboard, 3-meter springboard, from the platform, including synchronized diving between two athletes (male, female, and mixed).
