The painting workshop JOY, led by Lannach-based artist Karin Mittersteiner and Prana guide Anita Kröss, focuses not on the aesthetic outcome but on the process of painting itself. Intuitive painting allows participants to use colors, shapes, and movement as expressions of their inner state. Joy is not depicted here, but experienced and expressed – painting becomes an immediate language of emotion.
Introductory dance and movement exercises enhance mindful body awareness and create space for lightness and openness – essential conditions for genuinely experiencing joy.
