Moving effortlessly from the sounds of Southern Italy to Balkan rhythms, her heartfelt interpretation captivates the audience, drawing them in and immersing them in the culture of the songs she performs. In her new project and album *Onde*, Mazzotta’s visceral interpretation meets the electric sounds of post-rock, creating an original and profound fusion that expresses the raw, vital force of rural tradition through contemporary instruments with a suburban flavor. The result of emotions and reflections on modern society produces a narrative of constant change, in which the sea resonates everywhere, from the gentle movement that can lull before transforming into a freak wave and destroying, wiping everything clean.
