Autumn is the season of the pumpkin harvest and of classic dishes like pumpkin soup and pumpkin strudel. Moreover, this vegetable is also used for sweet dishes and risottos. It is the most versatile of autumn plants. You will get more information about the participating restaurants in the Merano Tourist Office.
