Walking time: 4,5 hours. Altitude difference: 525-655m. Meeting point: 9.00 am. at the parking above the mountain inn Mudler in Tesido. Costs: 12€ with Guest Pass Val Casies Valley-Monguelfo-Tesido, 22€ without Guest Pass Val Casies Valley-Monguelfo-Tesido.
