Against the impressive backdrop of the Alps, Matthias and Sadiel experience a true story filled with political tensions and a search for identity. Disillusioned with communist Cuba, Sadiel moves towards the political right, while Matthias remains true to his leftist beliefs. Their relationship reflects larger societal conflicts and puts both political convictions and the idea of an ideal queer partnership to the test.
