Forget the cliché of grumpy and piqued chefs. Andrea does not like being in the limelight. He prefers watching the stars rather than collecting them for his restaurant. He is the chef and manager of a hotel in Badia and boasts a long family tradition of hoteliers and cooks. When he talks about his job, he says that he inherited his father’s passion for it.
