• Welcome speeches by guests of honour
• Asparagus tapping with the Asparagus Queen and asparagus farmers
• Tasting of delicious appetisers made with Terlan Margarete asparagus, prepared by the asparagus farmers from Terlan, Vilpian and Siebeneich
• Tasting of the Sauvignon ‘asparagus wine’ from the Terlan Winery
