High above the Etsch Valley, Franziska from the Großkemathof invites you to a special breakfast experience. The breathtaking view combined with a lovingly curated buffet makes for a truly delightful start to the day.
The focus is on farm-fresh products, seasonal ingredients, and regional specialties. A variety of whole-grain breads, homemade spreads, hearty muesli, an energizing power drink, and much more ensure a balanced and delicious meal – all in keeping with the motto: “gsund und guet” (healthy and good).
This is a breakfast that not only tastes wonderful but also nurtures your well-being. In case of rain, the event will be moved to the cozy parlor of the Großkemathof.
Breakfast is also available on request for groups of 5 or more on other dates, and can be prepared for takeaway.

Over the years, Franziska has gained extensive knowledge of wild herbs and cultivated plants and has trained as a “Brotzeit-Bäuerin – gsund und guat” (snack farmer specializing in wholesome, regional food).
