Pilates on Monte Cavallo – Gentle Movement in Nature

Start your day with a relaxing Pilates session surrounded by the breathtaking mountain scenery of Monte Cavallo. We meet at 9:00 am at the top station of the Monte Cavallo cable car. From there, we will walk together for about 15 minutes to the idyllic Kastellacke biotope.

Enjoy a one-hour Pilates session for beginners and lightly advanced participants, focusing on mobility, strengthening, and mindful breathing. Surrounded by forest, a peaceful mountain pond, and stunning views, you will find calmness, new energy, and movement in harmony with nature.

Start your day feeling balanced and refreshed – alone or together with friends.

Yoga mats are provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
