Viticulture has been rooted in South Tyrol for thousands of years. Vineyards are part of the landscape, culture and everyday life. On the sun-drenched slopes and along the South Tyrolean Wine Road, wonderful wines grow. In the area around Castelfeder, one grape variety finds particularly favourable conditions and probably also its best possible expression: the Pinot Noir. This elegant red wine is the focus of the South Tyrolean Pinot Noir Nights. Experience culinary delights of a special kind with the matching Pinot Noir.
Various restaurants in Auer/Ora, Montan/Montagna, Neumarkt/Egna and Salorno/Salurn offer a unique culinary experience.
