8th Edition of the PRISMA Poliedric Music Festival 2026
A journey spanning a century of music, from Beethoven’s mature classicism to Schumann’s full Romanticism, passing through the French elegance of Fauré. A program that, in different ways, conveys the expressive power and poetry of the dialogue between cello and piano.
Marco Dalsass, a precocious and award-winning cellist, studied with great masters and perfected his training at prestigious international academies. Recognized for his commitment to contemporary music and live electronics, he won the prize for best interpretation at the “Gaspar Cassadò” Competition. Founder of the 12-cello Ensemble “Heitor Villa-Lobos,” he performs at major festivals and theaters worldwide and collaborates with renowned orchestras and chamber groups. Active also as a soloist and teacher, he dedicates himself to the Baroque repertoire on period instruments and is a founding member of the NovArtBaroque Ensemble.
Giacomo Dalla Libera, a pianist who graduated with honors, perfected his skills with internationally renowned teachers and distinguished himself in numerous national and international competitions. As a member of the Malipiero Trio, he studied at the Duino Chamber Music School and the Accademia Chigiana, obtaining the Diploma of Merit. He maintains an intense concert activity in Italy and abroad and collaborates with important musicians, ensembles, and soloists of international level.
