On Saturday, August 2nd, a unique culinary experience awaits you at 2,000 metres above sea level: at the Ratschings Alpine Dinner by the Lake, enjoy a refined 4-course gourmet menu with wine pairing, lovingly prepared using local ingredients – accompanied by live music, an aperitif, breathtaking panoramic views, and warm South Tyrolean hospitality.
Location: Ratschings hiking area – Lake above the top cable car station
Ascent: until 5:00 p.m. · Aperitif starts: 5:30 p.m.
Price: €115 per person (includes ascent/descent, menu, wine pairing, music)
The menu is created by the teams of the Summit Mountain Club and the alpine huts Wasserfalleralm and Rinneralm.
