Summer is just around the corner – soon it will be time to guide children and young people through the summer weeks with exciting offers. In this basic seminar, you will receive fundamental information and lively ideas to effectively manage summer holiday programs.
Contents:
- Basic pedagogical knowledge about different target groups (kindergarten children, elementary school students, secondary school students): behaviors and needs, skills and abilities
- Internal and external communication: within the team, with children, with parents, and with network partners
- Building and maintaining relationships with parents
- Recognizing and shaping group dynamics
- Handling conflict situations
- Play & fun: group games and exercises for young and old – leading and adapting games
- Where can I find more game and craft ideas? How can I use and apply didactic materials?
