Once a year, there is a unique opportunity to visit the fragrant rose garden in the centre of Bolzano. With a glass of rosé Merlot from the Griesbauerhof and live music by Peter Burchia, visitors can stroll among the flowers and soak up the atmosphere. During the visit, the most beautiful roses can be chosen and taken home directly from the field.
