Let’s take off our shoes, let’s lighten ourselves from the burden that everyday life carries with it. We travel light, in simplicity and enter into a dimension of deep contact with Mother Earth, Nature, and ourselves. At every step, we taste the sensations that the soles of our feet transmit to us, give us, to regenerate, load, and root us. Through the breath, we let go of heaviness, tension, fatigue.
