Slow Food Truck on Tour
This event already took place. (7/06/2025)
Hike with local guide Stefano Mayr and wild herb collection,
exploring the pastures of Val Calamento in Lagorai.
Following this, a short workshop on processing and cooking the gathered herbs with Paolo Betti and a tasting of the dish.
Meeting at Malga Valsolero with Michele Stroppa, a Slow Food Presidia producer.
Cheese tasting and a final toast.
Participation fee:
€30 per person,
€25 for Slow Food and Italian Touring Club Members
