An immersive experience of deep well-being through the power of sound vibrations, set in the welcoming atmosphere of the Boutique Hotel Planlim.
The activity begins with a walk from the Tourist Office of Ortisei to the hotel. During the group session, you will be guided on a relaxation journey accompanied by the harmonious sounds of gongs and crystal singing bowls, whose frequencies help release stress and promote a deep sense of inner calm.
The experience concludes with a refreshing and revitalising drink on the hotel terrace, where the activity comes to an end.
