Special offer for Shrove Tuesday

Shrove Tuesday at the Hofburg: All visitors who arrive on March 4, 2025, in creative costumes will receive discount of minimum 50% on the entrance fee. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to explore the Hofburg in a creative, humorous disguise. The only requirement for the discount is that the costume must be clearly recognizable as such. We recommend considering the cool temperatures of the unheated museum when choosing your costume.
