Due to unfavourable weather forecasts, the third edition of the South Tyrolean Speck Festival will not take place at the summit of Plan de Corones as planned, but in Brunico (Tschurtschenthaler Square and Town Hall Square).
The festival programme remains unchanged.
Get ready for a culinary highlight in a class of its own: The Speck Alto Adige Festival offers you an experience that you will not soon forget. From 27/09 - 28/09/2025 you can embark on an enjoyable journey through the world of bacon.
The Speck Alto Adige Festival is a tribute to the traditional craft of South Tyrolean bacon production and presents one of the most typical culinary highlights of the region, namely the original South Tyrolean bacon in different ways. Here you can not only meet the best bacon producers of the region and taste their products, but also learn more about the history and production of bacon.
